Single Session - 90 Minutes

A single hypnotherapy session includes a focused discussion of your goals and the patterns or experiences that may have limited change in the past. You’ll then be guided into a gentle trance state designed to support transformation, followed by a debrief to integrate the experience and discuss what to expect after your session.

A single hypnotherapy session begins with an intuitive, collaborative conversation about the changes you wish to create and the subconscious beliefs, experiences, or emotional patterns that may have been shaping your current reality. This exploration brings awareness to what is ready to be healed, released, and transformed.

You will then be gently guided into a deeply relaxed trance or meditative state, where the subconscious mind becomes more open and receptive to insight, healing, and positive change. Working at this level allows us to access deeper layers of awareness and support transformation beyond the conscious mind.

The session concludes with a profound sense of relaxation, clarity, and empowerment. We then debrief together, discussing your experience and what you may notice in the days following your session. Afterward, you will receive a follow-up email reviewing the work we did together and offering optional relaxation practices, reflective exercises, and integration suggestions designed to help lock in and strengthen the shifts created during your session.
